Special group rate will be given only for those who are able to form a panel group (for a session) consisting of up to 3 panellists with one convenor or moderator.

You may register more than one (1) paper. The registration fee is fully charged on the first (1st) paper. Discount of 50% will be given for each additional paper of the same author.

 

 

Payment Procedures

Registration fees (participants and presenters) include conference admission, conference set (proceedings and materials), lunches, dinner (closing) and refreshments. These fees do NOT include the accommodation.

Accompanying persons: The conference is not offering an accompanying person's registration fee. Any persons wishing to attend any part of the conference must register as a participant. If however you wish a guest to accompany you to the conference dinner, you may purchase additional tickets by emailing us at icissecretariat@uum.edu.my. The conference dinner is cost USD50 (RM150) per person. Please note these provide access to the conference dinner only.

Authors need to pay the fees BEFORE 10th August 2016 in order for their papers to be included in the proceeding.

Payment Procedures FOR LOCAL PARTICIPANT (MALAYSIAN)

Payment can be made through:

1. Online Payment via Credit Card / Internet Banking / FPX

  2. Follow all required steps as instructed.
  3. Note : for 'payment for' choose ‘other payment’  
  4. Note : for 'description' : key in 'ICIS2016'
  5. Please print and keep the notification of payment made as proof of payment. Scan and email the proof of payment as soon as possible or before 14th August 2016 to the secretariat (icissecretariat@uum.edu.my). You also need to bring the original payment slip during the registration. You are required to show the proof of payment to the secretariat on the registration day of the conference/ workshop/ colloquium Failure to do so will result in your name being not listed as presenter/ participants.

3. Local Cheque

Cancellation Policy

Conference registrants cancelling their registration on or before 01st August 2016 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a USD85 administrative fee.
Please note: No refunds will be given after 01st August 2016.
